What this project is
This is an official community scouting project of FC Tabor Sežana.
Its goal is to solve a real club problem: too many player profiles, too little time. The bottleneck isn't access — it's shortlisting.
As part of the scouting community, you review the same materials as club scouts and help surface players worth deeper attention. Your collective input goes directly to the club's head scout.
This is not a fantasy game. It feeds real football decisions at club level.
FC Tabor x Mover community
Mover provides the platform, methodology, and rules. It structures how the community engages with the club – clearly and responsibly.
The community currently consists exclusively of FC Tabor Sežana investors who want to understand scouting from the inside and contribute meaningfully. You observe, evaluate, and rate the presented players.
Individually, no one decides. Collectively, you propose players. Final decisions always remain with the club.
What happens next
Ratings are collected for the winter transfer window, until 31 January. After that, selected players will be invited to trials (around 7 February):
- one proposed by the community
- one chosen by the club's head scout
- one based on a combined evaluation
The club receives concrete trial proposals. You gain insight, practical learning, and transparency into a real scouting process. One participant will also receive a signed team jersey.
The scouting challenge continues in February with the next phase, introducing new players to the platform ahead of the summer transfer period.
