Terms of Use

1. Purpose and Scope

These Terms govern the use of the Mover platform as a support tool for scouting activities of FC Tabor Sežana.

The platform is intended for:

• structured collection and review of football player profiles,
• gathering ratings and comments from participating scouts,
• supporting the club in forming a broader and more informed view of potential players.

The platform does not represent:

• a player agency service,
• contract mediation,
• or a binding decision-making mechanism.

4. Access to the Platform

Access to the platform is granted to:

• investors of NK Tabor Sežana approved by the Club as participating scouts.

Access is:

• personal,
• non-transferable,
• linked to an individual user account.

Mover reserves the right to restrict access or revoke access in cases of serious or repeated violations of these Terms.

5. Conduct and Communication Rules

Participants commit to:

• respectful and professional communication,
• acting in accordance with the purpose of the platform,
• acting in the best interest of the Club and players.

The following is prohibited:

• misleading or false presentation of information,
• conduct that harms a player, the Club, or the integrity of the platform,
• direct contact with players or their agents.

Questions, comments, or suggestions regarding players must be:

• submitted through the platform,
• or addressed to Mover via official contact channels.

Attempts to directly influence players or encourage transfers to other clubs are considered a serious violation of these Terms.

6. Player Profile Submission

A player profile may be submitted by:

• a Scout,
• the Player,
• the Player's agent,
• the Club,
• Mover.

Submission of a profile does not guarantee publication. The final decision on publication rests with Mover.

By submitting a profile, the Submitter confirms that:

• they have the Player's consent,
• the information provided is accurate and submitted in good faith,
• they hold the rights to use the uploaded content.

7. Content Responsibility and Player Consent

The Submitter bears full responsibility for the content of the submitted profile.

If Mover receives notice that a profile has been published without the Player's consent:

• the profile will be immediately removed,
• the Submitter will be asked to provide clarification.

In case of a confirmed violation:

• the profile will be permanently removed,
• the Submitter will receive a warning.

Repeated violations will result in exclusion from the platform.

Mover may moderate, temporarily remove, or permanently remove content if deemed necessary for the purpose of the platform or to protect players, the Club, or Participants.

8. Rating System and Process Integrity

Ratings and Shortlisting Process

• Ratings are submitted on a scale from 1 to 100.
• Ratings are final once submitted.
• There is no minimum number of ratings required for a player profile to be considered.
• Voting remains open until the defined cutoff date (January 31).
• After the cutoff date, all player profiles with a final score of 70% or higher will be shortlisted and forwarded to the Head Scout for review.

Any form of rating manipulation is prohibited.

Mover reserves the right to take action to protect the integrity of the process.

9. Trials and Responsibilities

Trials are organized by agreement between the Club and the Player.

• The Club provides training sessions, accommodation, and meals.
• The Player or the Player's agent covers travel costs, documentation, and insurance.

Cost arrangements may be adjusted by mutual agreement between the Club and the Player.

Players participate in trials at their own risk. Neither Mover nor the Club assumes responsibility for injuries or other issues arising from trials or platform-related activities.

10. Agents and Negotiations

If the Club expresses interest in entering contract discussions with a Player from the platform:

• negotiations are conducted directly between the Club and the Player or the Player's agent,
• negotiations take place outside the Mover platform.

Mover does not participate in negotiations and does not represent any party.

11. Content Ownership and Usage Rights

The Submitter guarantees the right to use all uploaded content.

By submitting content, the Submitter grants Mover and NK Tabor Sežana a non-exclusive right to use the content solely for scouting and internal evaluation purposes.

12. Personal Data Protection

Mover is the data controller.

Personal data is processed based on:

• the Player's consent,
• legitimate interest for scouting purposes.

Individuals have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

Mover applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.

13. Duration and Amendments

These Terms enter into force on the date of publication on the Mover platform.

Mover and the Club reserve the right to amend these Terms, with changes published on the platform.

Participation in the current phase does not create rights or expectations for future phases.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.

Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Celje, Slovenia.
